Participate in internal meetings with business partners to provide consultative support in the identification of process gaps and enhancement opportunities.Collaborate with internal claim functions to identify service opportunities.Act as a liaison to facilitate the resolution of Client submitted inquiries between - Sales, AM, Producers, Clients and Claims to drive positive customer experiences.Assist with the compilation of Client facing reference materials specific to claim policies, processes and procedures.Assist with new client implementations as needed.Assist with renewals and stewardship meetings as needed.Represent the claim organization at pre-sale and finalist meetings.Job Responsibilities and Requirements Duties & Responsibilities
